CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO) – Investment/Asset Management. Ref:CFIA08
Preparing business plans and annual budget in line with the strategic direction of the company.
Plan and control the company’s functions and activities and ensure that the risk management structure is adequate
Monitor the political and regulatory environment on issues impacting operations and also ensure that corporate governance is in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (GCFO) Ref: GCF08
Providing effective leadership for the financial function of the group in line with corporate goals.
Overseeing the investment of the Companies financial resources in line with corporate targets.
Develop and direct proper internal controls within the group
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) – Life Insurance Ref: CFL08
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) – Asset Management Ref: CFAM08
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) – General Business Insurance Ref: CFG08
Direct the Financial planning and management function of the company.
Manage and provide information for monitoring performance in line with budgets
Provide effective operation of appropriate internal control/audit systems.
Ensure all statutory financial compliance and to provide adequate tax management and planning
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO) Ref: CTO08
Analyzing the Group’s information technology needs and developing appropriate plans to meet those needs for short and long term goals
Establish all Groups’ preventive, detective and corrective controls
Provide adequate security for information technology tools, system and data
10 years overall experience and some management experience from a similar or relevant environment
To be successful in your application, you must have a good university degree and relevant professional qualifications.
Preference for an MBA qualification. You must be result oriented with excellent decision making skills
