OPERATION MANAGER (Nigerian/Expatriate)
Our company is a leader in providing catering and facilities management services to the oil & gas industry and we are located at Port Harcourt and Lagos
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Will be responsible for the day to day operational activities of the company through excellent customer service
Manage operations by directing, coordinating all activities consistent to the vision, objective and policies of the company
Maintain value-laden relationships with clients
Develop strategies and monitors the implementation to ensure that the desired results are achieved through effective budgetary control
Produce regularly scheduled reports from operation database
Monitor profitability and performance of existing contracts
Must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to build relationship with stakeholders
Ability to prepare tender, presentations and manage catering contracts
Proficient in computer applications especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
QUALIFICATION
A good degree in hospitality related courses with a minimum of 7 years practical experience in the field
Experience in rendering services to the oil and gas industry is required
An experience gained from an international organization will be an added advantage
