The main responsibilities include:
* Financial management and record keeping of training disbursement
* Coordination of corporate induction programme
* Vendor management
* Administration of the Mystery Shopper programme
* Logistics management
* Training scheduling
* Maintain training facilities & equipments
* Ensure production of training manuals
* Manage billing reconciliation administration process for L&D
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager Learning & Development
