HEAVY DUTY ENGINE FILTRATION BUSINESS
A global leader in the heavy duty filtration business seeks an experienced Sales Manager for the West Africa region. Based in Nigeria, the person appointed will be responsible for coordinating dealer sales and marketing activities throughout the territory, meeting aggressive targets for profitable sales growth.

A graduate with a background in mechanical engineering and at least five years relevant experience involving diesel engines and filtration technology, preferably with exposure to an international market, the person appointed will have a track record of success, preferably with a multinational company. He or She will have a detailed knowledge of the Nigerian market as well as proven team leadership capabilities and will be able to demonstrate the ability to maintain collaborative relationships within a large organization while working remotely. Computer Literacy and a valid driver’s license are clearly also essential requirements.

A salary commensurate with the importance of the position will be offered together with an attractive range of fringe benefits including a company car, medical aid, pension and variable compensation plan.
