POSITION: DM/SE #1 Deputy Manager/Senior Executive- Buying and Control
ROLE: Operate as effective senior support personnel to lead media buying manager within an account service group working on assigned brands, to meet set brands’ budget. Manage the successful implementation of all electronic, press and outdoor campaigns by enforcing prompt kick off and closure of campaigns for best value performance (cost, payment, quality and timelines)
PROFILE: Male or Female not more than 32 years. A self starter with well developed analytical and numerical skills balanced by a strong team orientation. Enthusiastic nature and eagerness to learn combined with poise and finesse. Good communication and writing skills. Calm, positive, good deportment and comportment with developable people skills.
QUALIFICATIONS: University first degree qualification in Engineering or Science discipline. Minimum of 2nd Class Honours Lower Division, compulsory 2 to 5 years buying and control industry working experience in reputable agencies. Above average computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Good use of mediastar and ESPRI would be an advantage. Above average client penetration ability. APCON Associate membership status is also an advantage. Stable personality, self motivated and good interpersonal skills. Very strong multi tasking ability with proven record of simultaneously managing several assignments successfully

POSITION: DM/SE #2
Deputy Manager/Senior Executive-Planning
ROLE: Operate as a senior support personnel to lead media investment and client service contact within an account service group working on assigned brands, to meet set brands’ budget. Jointly develop/implement media strategies by developing detailed media plans and control to achieve set objectives in time/cost efficient manner.
PROFILE: Male or Female not more than 32 years. A self starter with well developed analytical and numerical skills balanced by a strong team orientation. Enthusiastic nature and eagerness to learn combined with poise and finesse. Good communication and writing skills. Calm, positive, good deportment and comportment with developable people skills
QUALIFICATIONS: University first degree qualification in Engineering or Science discipline. Minimum of 2nd Class Honours Lower Division. Compulsory2 to 5 years media planning industry working experience in reputable agencies. Above average computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Proficiency in use of mediastar and ESPPRI is necessary. Above average client presentation ability. APCON associate membership status is also an advantage. Stable personality, self motivated and good interpersonal skills. Very strong multi-tasking ability with proven record of simultaneously managing several assignments successfully.

POSITION: DMF #4
Deputy Manager-Finance
ROLE: Operate as a support personnel to the Finance Head, with specific responsibilities relating to all clients’ portfolio. Key areas of responsibility will include: Receivables management, accurate and timely generation of invoices to clients on regular basis, daily posting of all media partners’ (suppliers) invoices, daily update of customers’ accounts, regular monthly account reconciliation with all clients, monthly reconciliation of the staff loans and advances and monthly bank reconciliation
ROLE: Male or Female not more than 35 years. A self-starter, with good analytical and numerical skills balanced by a strong team orientation. Enthusiastic nature and eagerness to learn combined with poise, finesse and good communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS: B.Sc or HND in Accounting. Minimum of 2nd Class Honours Upper Division or Upper Credit. Must have passed ICAN Professional Examination. Must also possess a minimum of 5 years working experience in the finance unit of a manufacturing or service industry. Above average computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, Proficiency in SAGE line 50 Accounting Software will be an added advantage

POSITION: EF #5
Executive-Finance
ROLE: Operate as a support personnel to the Finance Manager-Clients with specific responsibilities relating to all clients’ portfolio. Key areas of responsibility will include: Assisting the Finance Manager-Clients in receivables management, accurate and timely generation of invoices to clients on regular basis, daily posting of all clients’ related invoices, daily posting of all media partners’ (suppliers) invoices, daily update of customers’ account, regular monthly account reconciliation with all clients, generate monthly payroll and allowances schedule, monthly reconciliation of the staff loans and advances and monthly bank reconciliation
