Sales Managers: Reporting to the Head, Business Development
Key Job Objectives:
Lead a sales team of 6 sales executives to achieve set target (target driven), acquire new customers and manage key accounts, acquire corporate accounts, manage shop administration including repairs and servicing, monthly sales report and quarterly staff appraisals.
Person Spec/Key Competencies:
A good university degree in business administration, sales and marketing or its equivalent;
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience;
Experience in an upscale retail environment, bank or insurance company.
Excellent leadership, team building and presentation skills
Passion for selling
Not more than 45 years old

Sales Executives: Reporting to the Sales Manager
Key Job Objectives:
Achieve a set monthly target, scan for opportunities and acquire new customers. Manage existing accounts
Person Spec/Key Competencies:
A minimum of HND from a reputable institution
Minimum of 3 years in sales preferably in banking or insurance
Knowledge of the luxury goods market/industry is a plus;
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Passion for selling
Not more than 35 years
