SENIOR ASSOCIATE COUNSEL
A minimum of 6 years post call experience, oral and written communication skills, good computer literate and able to carry out legal research on the internet, knowledge of an indigenous Nigerian language other than the applicant's mother tongue, willingness to learn another International language apart from English language, proficiency in Legal drafting and procedure

ASSOCIATE COUNSEL
Same requirements for position as above except that post-call experience should be a minimum of 3 years

TRAINEE COUNSEL
Must have just been called to Bar but not older than 25 years
