DHL PROJECT MANAGER, TECHNICAL SERVICES OUR CLIENT DHL is one of the leader of the international express and logistics industry.JOB DESCRIPTION- Manage and drive IS projects that address business opportunities and issues through goal setting, planning and implementation within budget and on time.- Administer the deployed servers and databases to ensure optimum performance with consistently high standards with respect to IS service delivery, capacity, availability, data quality, timeliness and security. RESPONSIBILITIES - To manage the project and report regularly against the project plan to ensure visibility of project progress.- To develop project plan, scope, key stakeholder requirements.- To monitor investment cost and ensure adequate resources are available.- To coordinate with global/ regional customer integration functions i.e. BP&O, CPM and GIS Operations Centres Customer Integration team as required.- To manage Local server requirements and support local applications in accordance to Service Level Agreements.- To manage vendors and/or suppliers within specified time and budget requirements.- To identify project costs and benefits.- To produce project plans that define the purpose, scope, deliverables and success criteria for each project. To obtain agreement to these plans from all project sponsors.- To produce or draft a project budget.- To direct, control and motivate the project team through involvement in recruitment and ongoing communication.- To develop a high performance service culture within the project team Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Information Services (or equivalent) - ITIL Service Management Foundation Certificate - Prince 2 Foundation Certification - MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) - 5 years experience in a systems support and telecommunications - 2 years experience in a Unix environment - Communication skills (English), spoken and written (excellent) Visit http://en.adexen.com/offer-NGA0170.html
